Luxury & Custom Homes
Luxury homes include appointments with the highest quality materials and features. Designed specifically for the site and client. High end cabinetry, flooring, doors and windows, plumbing fixtures, appliances and extraordinary exterior features, spaces and details. Extensive use of geothermal and solar technologies. Creative and unique space planning.  Custom Homes are designed (or adapted from a previous design) to a specific site and usually for a specific client.  Mid to upper-end appointments with custom amenities.  This category is also suited to ‘second’ or vacation properties.
Remodeling, Additions & Auxiliary Buildings
A remodeling a single room, an extensive whole house renovation or an addition. Basement finishing, new decks, patios, covered outdoor spaces, second or third stories, new wings, front door entrances, portico’s, kitchen and bath remodeling, additions of master suites, expanding garage spaces, converting garage space to living space, reconstruction due to fire, floods.  Auxiliary buildings could be a simple detached garage or playhouse to an indoor riding arena, barn, or covered outdoor entertainment area.
Economical Pre-Designed Floor Plans
We have an extensive library of plans from projects that we have successfully completed in the past. You can purchase a plan ‘as is’ without changes or make minor changes for a more economical residential or commercial plan solution. Examples of all types of construction are available.
Production Homes, Multi-Unit, Sub-Division, Commercial
Production Homes: “Repeat” homes prepared for low to moderately priced subdivisions. Careful selection of materials and efficient planning of space to achieve the goal of getting the “most bang for the buck”. Cost controls and budgeting are high priorities for this category.
Subdivision & Multi-Family: Efficient planning of the existing land and coordination of the multiple disciplines required to obtain governmental approval for infrastructure construction. Can be a one-lot subdivided into two, several parcels into one or multiple acre raw land. Can be luxury or economical. NightHawk has extensive experience in fire walls and sound control systems.
Commercial: From a simple “tenant finish” to a full-blown commercial or industrial building. Coordination of planning to include: structural engineering, MEPs (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing engineering), Architectural Plans a Code analysis.
